Online system designed to provide all building permit services and related applications, that could be opened with any web browser (Internet Explorer, Chrome, Firefox), according to the best international practices, through procedures re-engineering and enhancements, to provide all permit and control services  through (Three steps) that fulfill all governmental entities requirements' that participate in the permit procedures (NOC's, drawing approval for: DCD/DEWA Electricity/DEWA Water), and specify plot demarcation  through the first step (Building Permit) , the unified inspection by all governmental entities through the Second step,   where issuing completion certificate and connecting the services through the Third step, also all participated parties in the construction procedure can follow the building permit applications status, view the engineers notes, pay the fees, book the appointments and discuss the drawings through video conference, in addition to wide variety of (Building , Projects, applications and KPI) reports.
